    • In the period of 2000-2017 construction development industrial business of India has received FDI-Foreign Direct Investment inflow of US$ 25 BILLION.

The Ministry of Urban Development was responsible for this initiative with the state government of respective cities. There is a plan to build 100 smart cities which have opened the gates for the big opportunities for the real estate business.
